Chuankai’s most recent paper details an automated software package he developed to automatically calculate growth rates from relatively low temporal resolution microbial growth curves called sparse-growth-curve. It’s freely available and can be run through the Google Collab environment. He also developed a very nice tutorial. Everything can be found on the GitHub repository, and definitely check out the open access manuscript. Congrats Chuankai, and thanks for this nice contribution.
